We tore down a downstairs condo popcorn ceiling and replaced with new 5/8s sheetrock.

Attic Renovation

 In this renovation we leveled out the floor, built 2 knee walls to support the roof and dimension to the room. Fully insulated with R23 with a vapor barrier. Then sheetrock and a nice shiplap ceiling.
